On 30/7/2022, in a monitoring visit to Mr byamukama Paul’s banana and coffee farm located in kyembogo village, mirambi parish, kyembogo subcounty, kyenjojo district. Where by it was observed that some of his bananas have been attacked by banana bacteria wilt which is a common disease in this area that has led to reduction on the yields that has much affected house hold income and the coffee in the banana plantation are well managed that has to improve on the income. So there’s need to advise this farmer on how to eradicate the disease in the plant ion as one way to improve on the income to solve the problem of poverty in his family.
